Chicken Caesar Salad.


Ingredients:
• 4 Chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
• 1/2 Cup creamy Caesar-style salad dressing
• 1/2 Head lettuce, torn into small pieces
• 1 Large tomato, cut into wedges
• 1/2 Cup mesquite-lime marinade
• 1 Green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 Sweet onion, sliced
• 1 Cup cheese and garlic croutons
• Salt to taste
Method to make Chicken Caesar Salad:
• In a baking pan, place the chicken and pour mesquite-lime marinade over all.
• Cover and put it into the refrigerator to marinate for about 1/2 hour before grilling.
• Now preheat the charcoal or gas grill to the medium high heat.
• Grill the chicken breasts for about 15 minutes on each side till the meat is cooked through and is no longer pink inside.
• Remove it from the flame and slice it into strips, when cool.
• In a big bowl, toss together the lettuce, chicken, onion, pepper, salt, tomato, cheese, dressing and croutons, till evenly coated.

Chicken Pasta Salad.


Ingredients:
• 1 cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp Ginger (ground)
• 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
• 1/4 cup Green Onion (sliced)
• 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
• 3 cups small Broccoli Florets
• 1-3/4 cups Snow Peas (fresh and trimmed)
• 3-1/2 cups small Seashell Macaroni (cooked)
• 1-2/3 cups Chicken (chopped and cooked)
• 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce
• 5 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Method to make Chicken Pasta Salad:
• Mix chicken, onion, pepper, macaroni, broccoli and snow peas together in a large bowl and toss it well.
• Combine vinegar, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, oil, salt, honey and sesame seeds together and stir it well.
• Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture.
• Cover and chill for 2 hrs.
• Serve chilled.

Beans Salad.



Ingredients:
• ½ cup Celery, chopped
• ½ cup Onion, chopped
• ½ cup Green Pepper, chopped
• ½ cup Vinegar
• ½ cup Salad Oil
• 3/4 cup White Sugar
• 1 (15.5 oz) can Garbanzo Beans, drained
• 1 (14.5 oz) can Black Beans, drained
• 1 (14.5 oz) can Green Beans, drained
• 1 (14.5 oz) can Wax Beans, drained
• 1 (14.5 oz) can Kidney Beans, drained
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method to make Beans Salad:
• Mix the celery, onion, pepper, green beans, garbanzo beans, wax beans, and kidney beans in a large mixing bowl.
• Toss the bowl to mix well.
• In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and sugar, until all the ingredients are mixed well.
• Once the sugar dissolves, pour the solution over the mixed beans.
• Before serving, refrigerate for 8 hours or keep it chilled overnight.

Apple and cucumber salad.



Ingredients:
• 2 medium Apples (thinly sliced)
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice (cut into one inch long pieces)
• 2 medium Cucumbers
• 1 medium Orange (peeled, deseeded and segmented into two)
• 8-10 Button Mushrooms (sliced)
• 8 leaves Lettuce (trimmed)
• 1 tbsp Salad Oil
• 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
• 6-8 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves (torn)
• 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
• Salt
• 1 medium Carrot (cut into thin strips)
• 2 medium Tomatoes (quartered & sliced)
• 2 Spring Onions (sliced)

Method to make Apple And Cucumber Salad:
• Take the sliced apples and sprinkle some lemon juice on it and mix well to prevent apples from turning black.
• Take mushrooms in another bowl and treat it to lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
• Dunk the lettuce leaves in ice cold water to keep it fresh and crisp and then tear it roughly into pieces.
• In a bowl, take juice, salad oil, red chilli flakes, chopped coriander, mint leaves and salt and mix well.
• In a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves and pour out about one-fourth part of the dressing on top of it.
• Mix apples, orange segments, mushrooms, carrot, tomatoes, spring onions and rest of the dressing. Toss well.
• Arrange the mixture over lettuce layer.
• Serve.

Mutton Burger.


Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Minced meat
• 200 gm Red pepper
• 2 tbsp Soya sauce
• 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
• 3 tbsp Fresh bread crumbs
• 100 gm Cashewnuts, roasted
• 2-1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
• 2 Green chilli, seeded and chopped
• 3 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
• Oil for frying

For Sauce:
• 250 ml Chicken stock
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 60 ml Coconut cream
• 4 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
• 3 tbsp Peanut butter
• 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
Method to make Mutton Burger:
• Deseed and quarter the peppers and grill till the skin blackens.
• Peel the skin and chop the peppers.
• Combine it with rest of the burger ingredients, mix well.
• Shape them into patties and chill for about 30 minutes.
• Shallow fry them in hot oil till cooked through.
• For the sauce, place all the ingredients in a pan, mix well.
• Bring to a simmer till thickened.
• Add coriander leaves to it.
• Season and serve the burgers with this sauce.

Aloo(Potato)Tiki Burger.



Ingredients:
• 10 Burger Buns
• 5 tsp Butter
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 2 Cucumber (sliced)
• 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
• Cabbage (shredded)
• 10 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• 10 tbsp Green Chutney

For Tikki

• 4 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 10 slices Brown Bread (crumbs)
• 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Amchur
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp Ginger Paste
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 100 gms Paneer (grated)
Method to make Aloo Tikki Burger:
• Mix all the ingredients of tikki except paneer and oil. After mixing it well, make 10 balls out of it.
• Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Now, take one ball at a time and stuff it with one tsp of paneer and shape it into a flat tikki.
• Make all the tikkis and shallow fry in the pan from both the sides on slow flame.
• Take one burger bun and cut it from the middle. Toast it with little butter.
• Put one tsp of ketchup on one side of the bun and one tsp of green chutney on the other.
• Place a tikki on the bun, followed by a slice of tomato, cucumber and onion. At last, put some shredded cabbage and cover it with the other part of the bun.
• Pierce a toothpick through the bun. Likewise, make all the burgers.
• Aloo Tikki Burger is ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.

Chicken Burger.

Ingrediants
• 2 Onion, (1 chopped and 1 sliced)
• 2 tsp Minced Garlic
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
• 1 cup Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
• 1 Tomato, seeded and chopped
• 2 Carrots, chopped
• 2 pounds Ground Chicken
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
• 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste.

Method of making chiken burger:
•Firstly, pre heat the outdoor grill at about medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
• In a pan, spray some cooking oil and put it to medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté the mixture until it turns golden yellow.
• Add the bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes and carrots. Set aside and allow all vegetables to cool completely.
• Now, in a large bowl, combine chicken and vegetables. Add the egg, bread crumbs and seasonings to taste. Mix all together well and form into patties.
• Put the patties onto the grate and grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
• Roast the buns on their inner side and put one patty on each of the bun base. Toss it up with onion slices and serve!!

Zinger Burger.


Zinger Burger recipe

By popular demand , here is the recipe for Zinger BurgersIngredients:
4 burger buns, salad leaves, cucumber, cheese slices
4 chicken breast fillets
milk
cornflour
flour
eggs
salt & pepper
mustard paste
mayonaise
white pepper
baking powder

Method:-
1. Marinate the chicken breast fillets in 1 tsp salt, half tsp black pepper,half tsp white pepper,mustard paste 1 tsp,agino moto 1 tsp. Marinate for 2 hours.
2.Steam the chicken.Add some oil to the chicken when you steam it.

For the batter:-
Mix 2 eggs, 5-6 tbs milk, cornflour half cup, agino moto half tsp, half tsp salt, black pepper half tsp, baking powder half tsp.

Dip each steamed chicken fillet into the batter & then roll in flour.Shallow fry

For the burger buns:- Grill the sides of the buns in a grill pan with some butter & oil.

Assemble burgers with lettuce,mayonaise, cucumber & cheese slices.
